If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, any goods exchange will arrange according to the our criteria.

All exchange and returned items should be fulfilled following requirements;

Exchange Process and Procedure

  1. Customer should notify us within 14 days after orders delivered by email, together with the order number and item number.

  2. Please pack the item by using bubble pouch together with the receipt copy and send back to following designated address within 14 days (30 days on international order)

Yes, you can exchange for any items of equal value to the original product. Please contact us within 14 days for assistance from the date of purchase.
